The condo is fully furnished, with kitchen, two refrigerators, propane  stove with oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, juicer, coffee maker, mini  george Foreman grill, bread toaster.
 
The condo has one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, cable TV , clock radio, and fan. Free toiletries and bath towels. Bed linens are supplied.

At the entrance there is a hall to ensure your privacy.

The living room has table with 4 chairs and two sofas ,   cable TV  (open channels)  Radio sound equipment and DVD also are available on the living room.

The WI FI Internet  is freely  available at the site.

The kitchen has a propane  cooker with oven , also  has pots, including pressure pot, cutlery, plates and other kitchen  utensils.

The inside condo Service Area has  a  washing machine and clothesline.

The Condo has 60 square meters, it´s comfortable and spacious, and are located  Next to São Paulo downtown  and the Paulista Avenue. Great for shopping on street March 25, Brás, José Paulino and other commercial centers of SP.

The building is Located 900 meters from Aclimação Park, 2 kms from Independence Park, 12 kms Congonhas airport, 30 km from Guarulhos International Airport, with easy access by public transport available 50 meters from the building.

The building is also close to supermarkets (100m) Day, CARREFOUR EXPRESS ( 150 meters) EXTRA (650m), Banks Brazil, CEF, Itau, Bradesco, HSBC 500m, 400m Post Office, close to restaurants, cafeterias. Condo has  easy access to public transport with Metro integration.

The Building have  intercom and 24 hours security.

The POOL is free and is located 70 meters from the property, at the resort park, however requires additional identification through photo ID card, which must be provided on site for guests and requires a photo id. THE POOL  IS OPEN ONLY  on certain dates,  due to the climate of SP.  We will help you to provide the required id.

Parking from 7 to 21 hours to 20m of the site, for an extra charge. Parking is available 24 hours 50 meters away, through direct payment to the provider.

The Academy  are  located 80 meters from site , has its Opening times: From 2 to 6 - 6h to 23h, Saturday - 9am to 15h, and must be contracted and paid directly to the provider.
